Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

  Drop Off and Ship

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; no additional postage is required when using our provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
